Aeon2go Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the aeon2go platform, including the website, mobile application and all services provided by aeon2go. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and aeon2go ("Platform").
By accessing or using this platform in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or downloading the application — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the platform immediately.
Aeon2go reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting activities are permitted. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform complies with applicable local laws.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
To access aeon2go's full range of services, users must register an account by providing accurate, truthful and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. You may not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported an account compromise to aeon2go.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before a first withdrawal can be processed. Users must submit valid identification documents as required by aeon2go. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in withdrawal functions being suspended until verification is finalised.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law. aeon2go reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
3. Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the aeon2go platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet and internet banking transfers from supported local Malaysian banks. Available payment methods are subject to change and will be updated within the platform.
Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after successful payment confirmation. aeon2go is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable timeframe, users should contact aeon2go support with proof of transaction.
For withdrawals, users must have completed the account verification (KYC) process and met all applicable withdrawal requirements. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen payment method and account verification status. aeon2go reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any high-value or suspicious withdrawal.
Any attempt to falsify transactions, manipulate the payment system, or exploit technical bugs to obtain unauthorised gains is prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users agree to use the aeon2go platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games or bets is strictly prohibited. aeon2go employs detection technology to identify and block any unauthorised usage.
Users acknowledge that all games and betting activities offered on the aeon2go platform carry financial risk. The platform makes no guarantees of winnings and accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity. Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
Aeon2go shall not be liable for any service interruptions, data loss or damages caused by factors beyond the platform's control, including internet disruptions, third-party server failures or force majeure events. aeon2go's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the user's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the aeon2go platform — including software, interface design, graphics, logos and brand names — is the intellectual property of aeon2go or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit this content without explicit written permission from aeon2go.
5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Aeon2go reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of a false identity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or upon instruction from a legal authority.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a violation is confirmed, aeon2go reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the activity that breached these Terms.
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting aeon2go support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances must first be withdrawn in accordance with standard procedures. Unclaimed balances remaining after a closure notice has been issued within the stipulated period may be subject to specific conditions.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
The aeon2go platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game software providers and payment processors. These links are provided solely for user convenience. aeon2go is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites independently.
Aeon2go reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, aeon2go will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. It remains the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
